Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig, September 21 in 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actress best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. Born in Worthington Ohio she quit high school to move in Los Angeles with her mother following her divorce from her parents. Even though she had financial difficulties, her 2001 debut was as Rachel's Room's principal character. Following her win of a Young Artist Award in 2002 due to her role as Murder in Greenwich of 15 year young Martha Moxley as a murder victim, she went on to win. Grace Rutherford, a role she played in Lost from 2004 to 2005 was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was forced to quit the show to focus on her acting career. She had appeared alongside Tom Welling opposite in The Fog earlier in the year 2005. She appeared as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club (both 2007) and opposite Liam Neeson as Kim Mills in Taken in 2008. She reprised her role for Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the lead role Alice In Malice in Wonderland a modern version of Lewis Carroll's classic novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace played Shannon on the finale episode, as well as two additional episodes. In 2013, she was a guest in the sixth episode of Californication. She portrays Faith as a female groupie and is also a model stars. Hank Moody is played by David Duchovny. The next film she appeared in was Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind in 2002, as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Her other roles include the role of a Secret Service agent in the action thriller White House Down (2013) as well as a singer in Frank (2014) as well as her role as the lead in the film The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal made her debut as a director and writer in 2021 with her psychological drama The Lost Daughter. For the film, she won the Best Screenplay Award at the Venice International Film Festival and nominated for an Academy Award.
